Garofalo è il famoso brand campano produttore di pasta di grano duro. Nasce nel 1789 e durante i primi anni del '900 viene divisa in Lucio Garofalo spa e Alfonso Garofalo spa.
Nel corso degli anni il brand diventa sempre più importante anche grazie alla fama della pasta di Gragnano, paese in provincia di Napoli in cui ha sede la Garofalo, da sempre sinonimo di qualità e prelibatezza.
Tra le linee di pasta sono comprese pasta corta, lunga, integrale e pastine più alcune specialità. Vi è inoltre, una linea biologica comprendente molti tipi di pasta ed una fornita linea di sughi e minestre.
